ETFs
Exchange-traded funds — diversification in a single trade.
About the product
An entire index
in a single asset
ETFs, or Exchange Traded Funds, are investment funds traded on the stock exchange. In Brazil, these funds aim to replicate the performance of a benchmark index, seeking to track its returns as closely as possible. These indices can be related to stocks, currencies, commodities, or other markets, allowing investors to diversify their exposure in a practical and efficient way.
By purchasing an ETF share, the investor gains exposure to the returns of a basket of assets that make up the benchmark index, without needing to select each company or asset individually. In this way, the ETF offers a simple and accessible alternative for investing in entire sectors, strategies, or markets, with the same operational format as stocks. Shares can be bought and sold under ticker symbols ending in 11, in an agile and transparent manner.
